This easy-to-wear, oversized smock is made for an effortless look. A more outsized fit than our Hartigan Dress, it features a deeper armhole. It also has a grown-on sleeve and a gathered tier creating volume when you move. The skirt features long rouleau ties on the front so the skirt can be tied up to create a ruched, puffball effect. Ti deatils on the sleeves too. Also,the skirt has more fabric in it than the dress for extra volume.
